Piece of art: In the artwork created are made explicit the visions that the artist had reading the description of the dish created by the chefs Floriano and Isabella. Fire, iron and condensed fat dripping on the sweetbread coexist in the work, opening a magical space where the chains are broken. FUCKING BREAK & AVANT-GARDE!

Artist: Marco Ceroni, in his artistic practice, re-elaborates fragments of reality coming from his personal experience: metropolitan and provincial scenarios, genre films, hip hop, rave culture and tribalism come together, exploding multiple imaginaries that oscillate between the ordinary and the extraordinary. Through the use of different techniques and materials they come reinterpreted different elements that always come from a common landscape, the urban one, finding its own dimension between real and probable.
