Piece of art: Frutta Russa is a voluptuous, sophisticated and irreverent dish. An amalgam of flavors and textures that draws attention for its risky name. To represent it, collage was considered the most appropriate means of expression, making use of material and digital supports.

Artist: Teresa Nouvelle-Blonde comes from a family of artists from southern Spain. When he was not yet 4, she began taking painting lessons at an academy, which she continued to attend until the age of 18, when she moved to Seville to study Fine Arts.
