MOZZARELLA ECCHIA, ANEMONE DE MARE

Dish: Old mozzarella ball, sea anemone, dulse seaweed (slightly spicy red seaweed)

Artist: Vincenzo del Monaco, was born in Grottaglie (TA), Apulia, Italy, on August 6, 1981. He has experienced the art of ceramics and sculpture since childhood in the family workshop, which has been practicing this work for five generations and today is one of the most famous Italian ceramic centers. He graduated in Architecture in March 2006 in Rome at the School of Architecture of La Sapienza.
